**Roles and Responsibilities**

+ Develop and execute a growth strategy for the GE Vernova Industrial Transformer and Renewables (IT&R) businesses.
+ Be accountable for meeting or exceeding the order intake plan for the NAM region.
+ Develop and implement a plan to sell Industrial Transformers to target markets including Solar, Wind, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
+ Support technical and commercial tendering activities ensuring compliance with tendering and booking instructions.
+ Lead pricing strategy (based on competition intelligence and need for factory load.
