The 24 months trainee program aims to provide a fast track for high-potential individuals to run operational positions within LDC Vietnam. It offers excellent career and development opportunities for the successful candidates.

The selected candidate will be given an extensive training program in Vietnam on production operations aspects. The training will be on the job and involve the management of complete origin operations, including Processing/ Production, Warehousing, and Quality control. After completing the training the successful applicant will perform operational roles in a position for the Green Coffee platform in Vietnam
