**Industrial Sewing Technician**

**Job Description**

+ Opportunities to cross-train in material handling or CNC machining
+ Work primarily at a seated workstation
+ Operate industrial sewing machines to produce heat-resistant products
+ Products include mesh bags, filters, flex trough components, blankets, and pads
+ Hands-on role focused on quality, accuracy, and safety

**Responsibilities**

+ Read and follow drawings, work instructions, and SOPs
+ Operate sewing machines to assemble products and components
+ Inspect in-process and finished products for quality and accuracy
+ Set up machines (load thread, guide threading, prepare equipment)
+ Control machine speed using pedal or knee lever
+ Cut fabric and materials to size
+ Perform hand sewing when needed
+ Move and organize materials and finished products
+ Support assembly, packaging, and inspection tasks
