Production Process Planner

In this role, you will be responsible for providing the operational support to the Production Engineer (PE). You will execute projects and tasks in consultation with the PE. You will maintain existing working methods and support in development/implementation of new working methods.

Your responsibilities:

• Plan and optimize work processes, equipment, and standard times within the assigned value stream to ensure smooth operations.
• Define and maintain technical conditions for efficient production flow;
  recommend in-house vs. external manufacturing based on cost analysis.
• Implement and adapt operating equipment, processes, and NC programs for series production, new products, and engineering changes.
• Plan, optimize, and balance workplaces and equipment using MTM, line balancing, Poka-Yoke, and ergonomic principles.
