We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Defence and Space and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position Industrial Performance and Improvement Engineer (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

  • Supporting the team, mostly through local tasks and activities
  • Support Safety initiatives, the number one priority in the costumers Operations environment, in an innovative and convincing way
  • Support OES Master Plan related activities in line with plant priorities and pain points, supporting the Production areas
  • Lead OES internal assessments and support OES transversal assessments or deep dives
  • Drive and coordinate Excellence Committees, taking accountability in the distribution of actions and follow-up with the MFT
