This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is **$35-40/hour** based on experience and skill level. **Job Scope:**

+ Apply industrial coatings to manufacturer specifications
+ Mix and prepare paint materials
+ Hang and prep parts prior to painting
+ Maintain spray equipment and paint booth areas
+ Perform caulking and install rivet nuts
+ Operate overhead cranes safely
+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment

**Requirements**

+ 2+ years of industrial painting experience preferred
+ Experience with spray equipment and industrial coatings
