Job Description
Industrial Maintenance Mechanic (Millwright / Plant Maintenance) – Ready-Mix Concrete Plants
Location: North Indianapolis Metro (primarily Westfield & Pendleton)
Job Type: Full-Time | In-person | Daily local travel (company vehicle provided for day use)
Pay: $30.00–$34.00/hr (base) + bonus eligibility + overtime opportunities
Reports to: Ready-Mix Concrete Plant Maintenance Manager
