We’re looking for a qualified and safety-focused Industrial Maintenance Electrician to join our Metropolitan Concrete Maintenance Team at Heidelberg Materials.

This full-time, permanent role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to work across multiple sites in the Sydney Metro area.

A company tool of trade work ute, phone, uniforms and PPE are provided.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

• Preventative, corrective and breakdown maintenance on batching plants, conveyors, motors, PLCs and control systems

• Fault finding and reducing unplanned downtime

• Supporting plant upgrades and continuous improvement projects

• Ensuring compliance with WHS legislation, Australian electrical standards and internal safety protocols

• Collaborating with production teams to minimise disruption
