Job Description :

Report to: Factory Manager

• Create a technically & logistics oriented, holistic IE network & organization
• Combine existing functions of technology driven IE and reinforce them by human factors & time studies
• Install Optimization (CIP) as substantial and essential plant task
• Perform engineering budgeting, planning and controlling; establish clear KPI targets and cascade down to all direct reports; track KPI performance and achievements.
• Set up and develop strategic roadmap for Vietnam site; observe related sub-functions and ensure the strategic initiatives are achieved.
• Responsible for direct reports’ management and development.
• Establish the required qualifications for Vietnam site’s operation to ensure service satisfaction.
• Provide support on internal audit, HSE, QC, MOVE, etc.
