You will be the Industrial Engineer Stf (Level 4) for the MFC Enterprise Industrial Engineering team. Our team is responsible for applying advanced analytical skills and Industrial Engineering concepts to support IAMD Production Operations Management.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Industrial Engineer Stf (Level 4) you will be responsible for driving operational excellence through advanced analysis, model development, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Develop and maintain simulation and analytical models for production operations.
+ Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
+ Support capacity planning and forecasting for IAMD production lines.
+ Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and program teams to integrate model insights.
+ Prepare technical reports and presentations for senior leadership.
