Job Description

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Arbeitssicherheit & Ergonomie: Bewertung und Optimierung von Arbeitsplätzen hinsichtlich Sicherheit, Ergonomie und Belastung und Mitwirkung an Gefährdungsbeurteilungen und HSE‑Standards sowie Integration sicherheitsrelevanter Anforderungen in Layouts und Prozesse.

  • Organisation & Strukturen: Weiterentwicklung von Aufbau‑ und Ablauforganisationen, Rollen und Verantwortlichkeiten sowie Unterstützung bei Transformations- und Veränderungsprojekten.

  • Prozessanalyse & -optimierung: End‑to‑End‑Analyse und Modellierung von Produktions-, Logistik- und administrativen Prozessen; Identifikation von Engpässen und Verschwendung; Standardisierung und Dokumentation.

  • Lean Management: Weiterentwicklung des Produktionssystems, Einführung und Coaching von Lean‑Methoden sowie Durchführung von Workshops und Shopfloor‑Trainings.
