Overview

We are looking for an INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING with at least 1 year of experience in the garment industry. The successful candidate will support production operations through effective planning, process improvement, and line efficiency analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct time and motion studies and determine Standard Minute Values (SMV)
• Create the Operation Breakdown (OB)
• Assist in line balancing, target setting, and line layout planning
• Analyze operator performance and propose productivity improvements
• Coordinate with production team
• Monitor line efficiency and production output daily
• Prepare reports related to IE activities and production efficiency
• Ensure compliance with buyer standards (Quality and safety)
