**Job Description**

**The Role -** An **Industrial Engineer** at **Bedford GPS** will work directly with production and engineering in implementing and improving Lean Manufacturing systems. The main purpose of the Industrial Engineer is to work to eliminate waste of time, money, materials, person-hours, machine time, energy and other resources that do not generate value. The ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment is critical to succeed in this role.

**What You’ll Do -** The position will develop, recommend, and implement changes which will result in the improvement of manufacturing processes. Data analysis skills will be needed to help production departments improve performance across multiple BPD categories. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who has a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, along with experience working in a manufacturing environment.
