**Job Title:** **Industrial Maintenance Technician**

**Pay:** $34–$40 per hour

**Shift:** Overnight (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

**Schedule:** Rotating – 3 days on / 4 days off, 4 days on / 3 days off

**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to support operations in a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical, electrical, and boiler systems, as well as assisting with capital projects such as equipment installation and dismantling. The ideal candidate will have a strong troubleshooting mindset and a commitment to minimizing downtime while maintaining safety and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Reassemble machinery following maintenance and repair to ensure proper functionality
+ Start and observe equipment to evaluate performance and identify issues
+ Inspect, test, and diagnose defective components and communicate findings
