Position Overview
We are seeking a self-motivated Indoor Sales Executive to drive revenue growth through outbound telephone and email communication. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, achieving individual sales targets, and ensuring high customer satisfaction — all while handling a consistent volume of daily outbound calls and emails.
Key Responsibilities Sales Execution Make a high volume of outbound calls and send targeted emails daily to prospective and existing customers. Identify customer needs and present appropriate products/solutions to close sales. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly individual sales targets. Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, opportunities, and outcomes in the CRM system.
