Indoor Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming sales enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk‑in.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders (SO), and invoices accurately and promptly.
• Follow up on quotations, customer confirmations, and order status.
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Maintain and update customer records, pricing, and sales documentation.
• Support outdoor sales/key account sales with administrative and sales coordination tasks.
• Assist in basic after‑sales support and customer service.
