Job Description
MSCI Index Sales Specialists are responsible for maintaining existing client relationships and developing new business across all MSCI Index products. The role focuses on positioning and closing sales for MSCI’s index subscription data, licenses for research reporting, and MSCI‑linked financial products, with a priority on the fast‑money client segment. Depending on skillset, the specialist may also establish relationships with the wealth segment. Sales are made to current and prospective clients, leveraging knowledge of each client’s internal departments (locally and globally) to position MSCI.
This role is highly visible, involving all aspects of an account including senior‑level relationship management, product presentations, contract negotiation, sales closing, product setup, and delivery. Collaborators include global Client Service, Client Consultants, Marketing, Product Management, Finance/ billing departments, and Legal.
