4 Month Contract With A Local Authority Job Purpose To support residents within the Councils Independent Living Schemes to maintain their independence, wellbeing, and quality of life. The role involves providing regular resident contact, promoting health and wellbeing initiatives, and working collaboratively with internal services, external agencies, and community organisations to deliver activities and support that enable residents to remain living safely and independently in their own homes.
