**Job Description**

BAE Systems is seeking an Independent Cost Evaluator (ICE), a specialty within Finance that works closely with Program Management and Program Finance to analyze data for programs and communicates the findings to senior leadership.

You are responsible for providing independent cost evaluation support (ICD) in support of multiple business areas with the P&S Sector.
You will work closely with proposal and program teams throughout the sector.
You will look at the big picture and come up with financial estimates that will capture program risks.

Responsibilities:

+ Create and communicate cost-based risk evaluations related to schedule, technical, contractual, finance positions.
+ Work with bid capture leads and senior management to ensure these factors are understood and considered in pricing and execution strategies.
