The role is for a tech-driven revenue assurance specialist who combines operational expertise (Front Office, F&B, nightlife/parties) with advanced data analytics, automation, and AI tools to drive revenue integrity, identify leakages, and enhance profitability.

You will play a key role in transforming income audit from a control function into a data-driven business partner.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

• Minimum 2–4 years in Income Audit / Revenue Audit in hospitality
• Strong exposure to:
  • Front Office operations
  • F&B operations
  • Nightlife / events / party operations (highly preferred)

Technical Skills

• Advanced Excel (mandatory) – Pivot tables, Power Query, data modeling
• Strong Power BI (dashboard & automation)
• Experience with automation tools is a big advantage
