Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspire, drive, coach and support store teams in developing a client-oriented mindset, ensuring a proper understanding and constant execution of all clienteling activities for store teams

  • Leverage on client and market analysis to set stores clienteling objectives, drive Private Appointment, Outreach, Prospect, support Store Managers to deep dive on client profiling with CA to target for events to achieved business results.

  • To support client acquisition & retention, also leveraging on local market opportunities.

  • Relationship with landlord, third-party, personal network for client development...
