The role involves providing back-office engineering support to end users globally, ensuring mission success around the clock.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading the delivery of In-Service support obligations, collaborating with the Project Manager, System Design Authority, and customers
• Maintaining support project approaches in line with Defence Standards and customer contracts
• Responding proactively to emerging technical issues, including customer fault reports
• Collaborating with the engineering team to develop commercially and technically viable solutions
