Job Description
Capture customer specific requirements and integrate special requirements within plant processes as per IATF 16949 requirements
Responsible for PPAP ontime submission to customer based on customer specific requirements
Will be actively participating in SE (Simultaneous Engineering team) /PAT (Product start Team)/ QGC (Quality Gate Customer) meetings to capture the product requirement at early stage and also giving inputs or suggestions based on experience
Responsible for active participation in process FMEA and bring the learning and inputs from SE/PAT/QG meetings to FMEA
FMEA coordination
Responsible to initiate suitable containment measures at customer end or at warehouse for customer complaints
Responsible for coordinating with internal stake holders in addressing customer complaints which are related to manufacturing process and communicate the actions to customer
