Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present sales performance reports for the management

• Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and order confirmations
• Coordinate with the logistics, accounting, and marketing teams to ensure smooth transaction flow
• Maintain and update customer records in the company’s database
• Follow up on pending quotations, payments, and deliveries
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide excellent after-sales service and maintain long-term customer relationships
