Job Description/Responsibilites:

• Respond to inquiries and generate qualified leads
• Conduct property presentations, site tours, and client meetings
• Explain project details, pricing, promos, and payment terms
• Assist buyers with reservation, documentation, and requirements
• Follow up with prospects to convert into closed sales
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate client database and sales reports
• Coordinate with marketing, documentation, and admin teams
• Attend sales meetings, training, and company events
• Provide after-sales assistance to ensure client satisfaction

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Marketing or Business preferred)
• Experience in real estate sales is an advantage
