Our client, a Media Company, is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join their HR team in Dubai. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will work alongside another Recruiter to fill vacancies within the MENA region. This will initially be a 6‑month contract with the view to become permanent.

Responsibilities

• Advertise vacancies internally and externally.
• Identify potential candidates by screening resumes.
• Conduct first stage interviews with potential candidates to screen against the job descriptions of the role.
• Shortlist candidates to line managers for the next stage of the interview process.
• Develop sourcing strategies for identifying new talent within the market.
• Liaise with managers and candidates at all stages of the recruitment process.
