An established Orange County company seeks an In-House Counsel with strong California employment law experience. In this hybrid role, youβll advise on Wage & Hour matters, partner with HR on payroll audits, leaves of absence (LOAs), accommodations, and coordinate with outside counsel as needed. Required: JD, active Bar license in any state, and direct experience supporting law firm or corporate clients on CA employment regulations. Strong communication and collaborative skills are essential.
