This role requires expertise in drafting and negotiating contracts, coupled with a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks impacting the industry. Responsibilities:
β’ Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts, including sales agreements, vendor agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
