RH is seeking an In-Home Furniture Repair Technician to repair and restore products from our broad assortment of furniture and accessories, ensuring they meet our quality standards. This role is client-facing, with regular visits to clients’ homes across your assigned territory. Delivering first-class service through expert craftsmanship, clear communication, and relationship-building is at the heart of this position. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Repair and restore furniture to first-quality standards in customers’ homes, RH Galleries, and Home Delivery Centers

Provide quality assurance and communicate feedback to strengthen continuous improvement

Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment

Promote a culture of safety and adherence to best practices

Demonstrate adaptability to evolving priorities and client needs
