**Department Details**
This position involves 10% remote work and 90% in person work at facilities in North Dakota, primarily the Bismarck area.
The Quality team is looking for a self-motivated individual who is a natural leader to collaborate with and lead long term care facilities in quality improvement initiatives.
To be successful in this role you must have a bachelor's degree and long term care experience. A CPHQ is not required but helpful.
