• Import/Export Airfreight and Sea freight
• Import and Export Booking / Registration
• Bill of Lading Creation
• Brokerage Job registration
• Shipment Billing and Posting
• Landed Costing
• Email Inbox Management
• Follow‑up to ensure freight is picked up & delivered
• Bill out invoices

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics (required)
• Preferably a licensed Customs Broker
• Graduate of BS Customs Administration or related program
• Typing speed of 45 WPM or more, with a strong focus on accuracy
• Strong English communication skills—both written and verbal
