Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor daily trucking and shipment activities to ensure timely and efficient operations.
• Liaise with shipping lines, agents, depots, and terminals regarding container release, collection, returns, and related operational matters.
• Plan and schedule import and export deliveries based on customer requirements and operational timelines.
• Coordinate with internal departments, customers, consignees, and logistics partners to ensure smooth transportation and depot operations.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and service-related issues in a professional and timely manner.
