Basic Job Function:

The Implementation Specialist I helps clients set up, update, and use LexisNexis Risk APIs and Web Services. The role also supports testing, issue resolution, reporting, and team process improvements to ensure smooth and efficient operations.


Accountabilities:
+ Provide fundamental API technical support to new, existing, or migrating Direct API customers for Business Services’ products.
+ Keep implementation, post-production, and migration project plans up to date with status of activities.
+ Communicate technical terms to customers, sales, and internal staff of varying levels of technical understanding.
+ Manage or participate in departmental projects and tasks that improve the productivity of the team.
+ Complete required training and skill development to support the client base, individual developmental needs, team objectives, department goals, and company initiatives.
