Sr. Program Manager, Implementation (B2B SaaS)

Own the end-to-end client onboarding and implementation lifecycle for complex enterprise customers, ensuring successful and timely go-lives across multiple concurrent deployments. This role translates pre-sales commitments into structured delivery plans and ensures alignment across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and technical teams.

You will design and scale implementation processes, build repeatable systems and tooling, and continuously improve how new clients and new units are rolled out.
