About the position

The Implementation Consultant will play a critical role in Third Way Health’s mission to enhance patient experiences across our client base. Based in Medellin, Colombia, you will support the implementation of our Virtual Front Office (VFO) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services, ensuring that our clients’ unique needs are met with precision and care.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed process documentation on clients’ clinic practices & provider rules
• Master & document the technical nuances of clients’ electronic health record (EHR) systems or other relevant systems
• Train Team Leads, Assistant Team Leads, and Quality & Training Analysts on the TWH implementation methodology along with clients’ operational practices
• Lead on-the-ground execution of work for VFO Patient Concierge Representatives and BPO Specialists / Analysts / Agents
