Role Highlights:
Candidate sourcing and recruitment coordination
Visiting dealer locations and generating references
Connecting with training institutes, colleges, and skill centers
Building strong local hiring networks
Managing continuous candidate pipeline generation
Requirements:
Good communication and coordination skills
Comfortable with field recruitment activities
Own bike and willingness to travel locally
Experience in recruitment/field hiring is an added advantage
