What You’ll Do:
+ Support smooth, compliant immigration journeys: Partner with employees and external legal counsel to coordinate end-to-end immigration cases, keep stakeholders informed, and help ensure ongoing compliance.
+ Keep HR operations accurate and running smoothly: Own operational data entry in Workday and maintain data accuracy to support timely updates and clean reporting
+ Welcome new hires and set them up for Day 1 success: Coordinate onboarding logistics and manage pre-hire communication to ensure a smooth, well-prepared start.
