Responsibilities: * Family based immigration matters including waivers and consular processing * Removal defense matters, including but not limited to cancellation of removal and asylum * Special immigrant VISAs, including SIJS, U, T, VAWA * Conduct research to support legal proceedings * Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents * Candidates should exhibit the ability to manage a full case load Qualifications: * Fluent in English and Spanish * Previous experience as a paralegal in immigration law * Excellent writing and proofreading skills * Familiarity with legal research * Ability to prioritize and multitask * Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with people of different cultures * Deadline and detail-oriented * Proficient in Microsoft Office * Excellent customer service skills * Reliable and punctual * Professional etiquette and appearance *...
