Immigration Attorney

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end process of initiating and filing work permit applications and renewals for RingCentral employees and their dependent residence permits for family members.
• Manage and oversee an immigration paralegal who will assist with preparation and submission of applications for work and residence permits, review all applications before submission, and provide direction as needed to ensure filings are prepared and submitted with required legal argumentation to obtain approvals.
• Provide instruction and advice to employees on questions relating to their work and residence permit applications, including required documents, international travel, compliance with immigration status, legal rights and benefits in Spain, and related questions.
