What you’ll do:

• Maintain and troubleshoot AV and immersive systems (VR headsets, projectors, sound systems, digital displays).
• Provide first-line and advanced technical support across multiple countries.
• Plan and implement immersive tech projects, from design through to rollout.
• Collaborate with global teams to test and prototype emerging technologies.
• Train staff on the correct use of AV and VR systems.
• Research and recommend future technologies that elevate luxury guest experiences.

What you bring:

• A degree in Engineering, IT, Digital Media, Audio-Visual Technology, or related field.
