**Key Responsibilities**

+ Assist operators with materials and production tasks
+ Move buckets/vats (50+ lbs regularly)
+ Support mixing, blending, and compounding
+ Follow recipes, work orders, and documentation
+ Maintain clean and sanitary work areas/equipment
+ Follow safety rules and GMP standards
+ Handle strong flavors (e.g., garlic, fish oil)
+ Use tablets for instructions and work orders
+ Wear PPE (including beard mask if required)
+ Step in across production as needed

**Required Skills**

+ Experience in manufacturing (food, pharma, or similar)
+ Knowledge of mixing/blending processes
+ Ability to follow detailed instructions
+ Comfortable with heavy lifting (50+ lbs)
+ Material handling experience
+ Familiar with GMP/FDA environments
