Job Description
Lead and develop 13 GSR based in Thailand (11) and in Vietnam (2) Own Material flow and Packaging for new program across AAT FTM1 FTM2 FVL KDC Accountable for end-to-end material flow execution, from supplier delivery at unloading docks through storage, complexity containment, and delivery to production line-side, ensuring optimal space utilization and flow efficiency. Lead packaging development with Tier 1 suppliers, including review, approval, and guidance of packaging designs in compliance with Ford standards, with focus on quality, cost, and sustainability. LQOS Deliverables IMG MFPE Launch to no RED Ensure PKG >95% FTT for EPT build validations. No aging AIMs. No lead to quality issues. Drive “ENTERPRISE COST” optimization, with strong engagement and leadership in CLL reviews.
