Essential Job Functions:

  • Create, test, update, and maintain operating system images for desktop and laptop endpoints Create weekly reports on number of issues, close rate, open issues, etc.
  • Develop and troubleshoot complex task sequences in MECM to automate and streamline OS deployment, driver injection, application installation, and post-deployment configurations.
  • Research, test, and maintain driver packages for multiple hardware models. Ensure seamless deployment across a diverse hardware inventory.
  • Serve as the escalation point for OSD-related incidents. Diagnose and resolve deployment failures, imaging errors, driver conflicts, and task sequence issues. Document resolutions and update knowledge base articles.
  • Follow ITIL best practices for change, release, and configuration management.
  • Flexible to work in shift, Work from Office & to be ready to be on-call, whenever required.
