Job description

As a Field Service Representative based in Edmonton, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality service and support for diagnostic imaging equipment. You will work with hospitals and clinics across Alberta and Saskatchewan to help ensure reliable equipment performance, strong customer satisfaction, and service excellence. This is a field-based role with a service territory covering Alberta and Saskatchewan. Reporting to the Edmonton Team Lead, you will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, calibration, and installation of medical imaging diagnostic systems. Strong mechanical aptitude is important in this role to support mechanical installations and field-based service work.
