The IIOT Solutions Manager manages a team of Software and SCADA Engineers to define the roadmaps and product specifications for various digital solutions that are and will be implemented at PENA. This role will report to Digital Transformation Group (DTG) Sr. Manager and drive for an integrated digital solution system including PLC, SCADA, and MES technologies in PENA’s smart factory initiatives. Digital transformation is one of the top initiatives at PENA for achieving more efficient and profitable production outputs.
