Capital Planning

  • Ensure site CAPEX planning is aligned with loading profiles, with all spending items planned and executed at the appropriate timing.
  • Maintain reasonable depreciation (Depre) assumptions to support accurate site cost planning.
  • Own Fab funding items and ensure all capital needs are fully covered with clear and sound justifications.
  • Design, develop, and enhance financial and planning models to ensure high accuracy, robustness, and usability.
