Company Description

As a valued member of the IDU team, you will oversee the end-to-end process for handling requests related to Communications Data. Your responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring strict adherence to confidentiality and operational security standards
  • Managing requests for witness statements, producing statements and accompanying exhibits as needed
  • Representing Three UK in court proceedings when required
  • Providing first-line technical system support and troubleshooting for stakeholders
  • Developing and maintaining expertise in relevant systems for retrieving and disclosing communication data
  • Understanding Three’s products and services to assess their impact on IDU operational efficiency
  • Maintaining accurate records for audit trails and operational effectiveness measurement
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the business, particularly the Data Protection team
