As a Financial Advisor , you assume key responsibilities in the preparation of the Centre’s annual Program of Work and Budget, including the Budget section of the Programs, Allocation and Budget (PAB) document.

You maintain and refine financial models used to forecast expenditures for research projects and overall operations. You are responsible for the preparation of all internal and external financial reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with organizational and statutory requirements.

You provide advisory services to divisional directors and managers across all areas of budget planning and monitoring, supporting effective financial management and decision‑making.

You also contribute to the development and continuous improvement of policies, procedures, and practices related to budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, in close collaboration with regional controllers and divisional leadership.
