We are seeking a skilled and proactive **Identity and Access Management (IAM) Associate** to join our team. This individual will play a key role in executing end-to-end user lifecycle processes, maintaining access controls across enterprise systems, and enhancing our identity and access controls.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Execute end-to-end user lifecycle management and access modifications across all systems in coordination with business system owners, and IT support teams.
+ Partner with HR, IT, and Security teams to maintain accurate and compliant joiner/mover/leaver processes.
+ Elaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security and compliance to ensure IAM aligns with business goals.
+ Performing user administration tasks for various in-house and third-party applications.
+ Administer Shared mailbox, Distribution Groups, contacts and Public Folder in Exchange Online.
