Programmatic Manager

We are looking for a Programmatic Manager.

The role

• You will help to define the campaign delivery plan, including objectives and ways in which work can be successful or optimised further.
• You will also generate and promote innovative new concepts to clients applying our test and learn approach and share successes across the practice by identifying and improving guidelines, playbooks and processes including opportunities to automate work.
• Use your knowledge to deliver brilliant campaigns that outperform KPIs, to budget and on-time.
• Follow all best practice and QA processes.
• Deliver highly insightful reporting on campaign performance with a good understanding of how this connects to other Practices.
• Be an advocate for the practice with Associates and help to grow knowledge and skills across this population.
• You will also start to build your knowledge of other Practices.
